Had some chicken breast that needed to be eaten or frozen, so we decided to eat them.

Chicken was marinated for a couple hours. Infused canola oil with fresh garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper, lemon zest, and lemon juice. I have found that infusion really packs the flavor in chicken.
Had this with some rice (jasmine rice) salad that included mango, red onion, green pepper, jalapeno, cherry tomatoes, cilantro, and dressed with simple vinaigrette (EVOO, lemon juice, salt and pepper). Wish I had a cucumber to go in there, but didn't.
My mom cooked some half runner green beans the other day and sent some over. So we had those. Cooked with fat back too! Dang it boy.
Next was hasselback potatoes. Little EVOO, bacon grease, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Five minutes before I pulled them, I hit them with some parm.
Had a wedge salad with homemade blue cheese dressing. Had red onion and cherry tomatoes on it as well.
Desert was grilled peaches, angel food cake, and homemade whipped cream. Added powder sugar at the end too! Very good!. The peaches I brushed with real butter (no salt added) and sugar. Did the same to the angel food cake. Grilled until golden brown for the peaches and the angel food cake until it had a crust.
Simple whipped cream. Heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar.

Thanks! Photography is not my full time job, but I do count photography as an income too. So I guess you could consider myself a pro.anzyegg said:I guess you are a pro photographer? Great pics and food.....

@cazzy thanks! Lately I have been lazy and used my phone to take pictures. The camera just plain sucks on that phone. I wanted to bring something better to the table this time.
@DMW brush it with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar and you're good to go. I wasn't for sure about the idea really, but it was really good.------------------------------
