Stir Fry tonight Egg temp for Wok?

I just have a couple questions about cooking on the egg with a wok. I have my wok seasoned , i have a spider . Im just not sure what kinda heat i need, I know wok cooking is hot and fast just wondering just how hot?
been searching the forum for sauces and now i got a headache so much stuff that looks soo good. Whats your easy go to sauce for stir fry ?

I try to get a stable temp of 400ish When I open the dome to start cooking I close the lower vent completely. You have plenty enough air from the top and the fire will be blazin hot by the time you are done wokkin. Get yourself some good heat resistant gloves. As far as sauces it really depends on what is cookin. It may be a simple a soy or it could be coconut milk and fish sauce or even a peanut sauce.-----------------------------------------analyze adapt overcome2008 -Large BGE. 2013- Small BGE and 2015 - Mini.
