I'm going to cook a pork loin on Saturday.  I know to pull it around 140, but could use a little advice:

What temp to cook at

Indirect or direct

Appox time it will take

Thanks in advance for your help

Any temp between 250 and 350 will do the job.  Time will depend on the temp, but it could take anywhere from 45 minutes to 3 hours.  I cook them indirect.  Some would add a sear at the end, but I typically don't as I find that the outer portion is pretty tasty without it.
