The pizza looks great man. Always a favorite here. The parchment paper works real well.

I always use parchment for the first two mins. Never any luck with the flour or mill.

Where did the brisket come from? A little bird once said you haven't done one.

What's your setup? Looks like a stone on top of an AR with no deflector below? Seems like it worked pretty well for you.

That is correct. But HEB cooks a damn good one just behind Travis & CenTex's.

First off you do not need a deflector below ( learned that trick from Tom who invented the Adj. Rig). Just cook it high. But if you look close I had this below: image

Sorry, just something my wife and the girls whipped up (not a BBQ as I would have done).

Looks like a winner to me. Nothing better than time with the grand daughter. I adore my little grand daughter more than any thing.

I'm liking it @Mickey‌ . The custom grill plate/diffuser thing is awesome. The more you post it, the more I'm wanting something like it.
Homemade pizza is always fun. Hope your granddaughter enjoyed the pies and the time spent with you.

Looks great Mickey, but those aren't tortilla pizzas.

I guess it turns out I am the only one who prefers the tortilla pizzas. I still like them better as the thinness is what I really want.
