Drove Jake to Charlotte for the Liverpool vs AC Milan soccer game. There was a row of what appeared to be Japanese tourist in front and beside me. Right before the game several came back from concessions with....a pulled pork sandwich. They didn't seem to speak English and my Japanese is rough so I couldn't warn them. It looked gross. I hope they don't go back and tell people that was southern bbq.
At the end of the game they were all taking selfies and I photo bombed one. Next thing I know they're all motioning me to get in the pictures. Somewhere on a Facebook page in japan...henapple is representing.

Haha that's hilarious!! I was in Charlotte last night for the knights vs Durham bulls baseball game. It was a ton of soccer fans down there in downtown when we went out for beers before the game, I didn't realize how popular soccer is!

70,000 people there. Was a great time. Nice stadium and employees. Very friendly and helpful. Really glad we didn't go to the game in Michigan. . )

I heard last night it was a sellout, Bank of America stadium is a great place, I like going to Panther games there.

I ride a recumbent trike called a Catrike http://www.catrike.com/ , and one day riding the West Orange Trail in Winter Garden, FL, out in the middle of nowhere I suddenly came across a large group of Japanese, who apparently spoke no English.  I slowed to edge through the crowd on the trail, and they all started oooohing and aaaawing, and taking photos.  I have no clue what they were doing there.
