Strip loin wet aged 6 weeks

Wet aged this 10lb'er for 6 weeks and had to cook a couple tonight before vacuum sealing the rest. Grilled some peppers and onions, steaks on @600 for 1 minute/side. @LittlleSteven you were right! Absolutely melted in my mouth. @pantsypants‌ thanks man. Nobody else bites these but The Gaber and I. Best steaks ever tasted. Two down 13 to go!
