I could not agree more. I had the same experience with my PSWoo2CI. They answered questions competently and shipped promptly.
Great - or even good - service isn't as easy to find as one might expect.
In example, ordered a Grill Extender from Outdoors Three65 on July 15. They charged my card immediately, but still haven't delivered. Nothing but stroke emails, excuses, and untruths from Ted B.
The service at CGS rocks. Those other guys - not so much.

+1 Mine was delivered to Canada so it was not next day but based on the timestamp from the label and tracking it was shipped within a few hours of my order.____________________Entrepreneurs are simply those who understand that there is little difference between obstacle and opportunity and are able to turn both to their advantage. •Niccolo Machiavelli

Biggreenpharmacist I'd like to see a picture of that set-up, if possible.I've slow smoked and eaten so much pork, I'm legally recognized as being part swine - Chatsworth Ca.

After all these years, and trying to do a little frying last night (sauerkraut), I decided I need a PS Woo IICI and ordered it this morning. I love dealing with smaller, customer-oriented companies like this.

@SoCalTim
I can take better ones a little later bbasically, spider sits down inside fire ring and a small grid will fit on it for searing close to fire (i have a small cast iron grid so its perfect. Then the platesetter sits inside the woo, then my drip pan, then my cast iron grid fits over the handles of the woo.Little Rock, AR

Here's a couple more without the grid and drip pan. I use my stock fire grate (i have a hique) for my spacer between platesetter and drip pan.

And here's my weber sear grate sitting on the spider. I see many seared steaks in my future.

Hey man, you showed me a pic of your house and I finally took one of mine. Mine doesnt hold a candle to yours, but we sure enjoy our porch. It goes all the way around 3 sides. I love where its at, but I have 2&1/2 acres to mow and with all the rain this year had been rough.Little Rock, AR

@Biggreenpharmacist you have a very nice home! I love that porch and yard. It looks like you don't live right in town. My son reminds me at least weekly that we should have built a house on the farm instead of buying one in town.
I hope you enjoy your rig!Louisville, GA - 2 Large BGE's -

It's very nice brother. The only thing missing is a big green tractor. That would really compliment the place!Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

I've probably got as much in all my attachments as I do the tractor. I use it for everything. Its 7 years old and I have nearly 600 hours on it.

Biggreen, what is the purpose for the spacer between the setter and the drip pan? I've never done that but have seen a few mentions of doing it that way.....

Keeps the drippings from scorching and putting off acrid, burnt smoke and taste.
