Co-worker turning 60 (it's the new 30) tomorrow, is having a backyard kegger with brats, asked if I would Egg him a butt. Sure! Love to! Went by Restaurant Depot and grabbed a pair of bone ins. The biggest they had. They won't fit laying flat, got to stand them up! But they're on for over night, 220F looooow and sloooooow with apple, cherry, and hickory. They'll be done mid morning then FTC and to the party!

Big Butt was a hit at the party. My buddy said a lot of people came up to compliment him on the pork. One family was a BBQ restaurant family and gave it accolades. I told people that said something to me, hey, just put it on the Egg the night before and . . . well, you guys know the rest of the story!
