Stuffed Chicken Wing Lollipop Success

Followed the examples in this video that someone had posted and stuffed them with diced up Swiss and ham, approximately 1/4 inch cubes, seasoned and cooked @ 350 indirect for about 45min to an hour.
They were awesome! Lotta prep but a really cool party food. A must do.
