    0%. But, I'll watch and learn. Doesn't look like I could incorporate this on an egg cook though. Unless...I weld up an apparatus to hang over the pit from up in the dome. :-? That is definitely doable. ;-)

    I'm actually playing with some bricks and cold roll sitting on a grid on the spider so I can use the hooks on my egg. When I get it dialed in I will send you pics.

    Working on plans to build a brick pit at my camp, similar to what you see at salt lick. I will use hooks to hang large chunks of animal directly over the fire. I have some catwalk grate I may use for top cooking grid.

    Be sure that cat walk is not galvanized. Let me know when it's about complete. I have some double sheep hooks and some massive carcass hooks I can fix you up with if you are going to be hanging meat over 50 pounds. It will cost you some more peppers though! ;)

    Hey no joke if you need carcass hooks let me know. I have doubles and singles. The doubles will hold up to 1,000 lbs and the singles will hold 2,500 lbs. They are carcass and split hooks.

    @SGH‌ trying to burn the midnight oil here. So I can sleep like a vampire in preparation for Monday's all night DQ install. (pics or it didn't happen lol). I'll attempt to snap a couple of pics. Hopefully it goes smoothly. 4 units to rope up on the roof, lineset and 2 duel head ElectroFreeze Ice Cream machines. At least the payoff is the taste testing. :))
