Looks excellent. But I have to ask. Where's the beef!! ;)

Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

    Status- Standing by.

Arsenal-Just a small wore out and broken down Weber kettle. No other means to cook at all.

No meat tonight. We went to a pasta and wine tasting last night and I totally filled the capacity of my gut. Just needed to egg and it needed to be light.

I had no wine but plenty of bourbon. The highlight of the night was the lamb lasagna. That freakin rocked. Small sample on my wife's plate

Those look good, but now I'm wishing I had egged some mushrooms. Those brussels look kind of like mushrooms, and I really like mushrooms. :D

I almost added the shrooms but I figured they needed to be saved for my omelet in the morning. Nothin like egged shrooms.

The chef was into sharing recipes. Trust me I tried but she was very tight lipped. It almost had a mutton taste. There was some crispy parts along with some really tender parts. It was bangin.
