Been Lurking for about three years now and not quite sure why I have never signed up, guess because I didn't have much to say. Wanted to thank you all for two things, Adjustable Rig (with rig extender/slider) and Blues Hog BBQ sauce. Not quite sure how I have done it without these two. Thanks, i'll be around.

Welcome. If that was all you bought so far you are doing good. Since I've been browsing over the last year I got the adjustable rig with extender, pizza stone, thermopen, a meat grinder and a bunch of CI cookware. Blues hog I haven't tried, maybe on my next amazon order.middle of nowhere- G.I. NE

Thanks everyone, I was out of town this past weekend so I didn't see you Mickey. Did however intoduce/cook a spatchcock to a friend of mine (on a Weber Kettle) and they enjoyed it, more so than the usual "drunk chicken" that he is used to doing. Ill post some pictures of my next appropriate cook, weather appears it is not going to cooperate this weekend so grilling may be limited. SGH, I am fortunately/unfortunately for the other big school in the state, here is to a good football season.Birmingham, AL
