I went ahead and cooked some freezer meat along with the Waygu meat I grabbed Wednesday. The cowboy meat is going to wait a bit. image

I don't know about you all, but I am a sucker for peer pressure. All the cool kids are going caveman so I did too.

I cooked everything until 125 internal.

Nothing needed a knife. Thanks dry aging!
I ate the meat with some not-meat stuff(roasted potatoes and asparagus).

After meat time, I cooked more meat on the meat cooker.
