I went ahead and cooked some freezer meat along with the Waygu meat I grabbed Wednesday. The cowboy meat is going to wait a bit.
I don't know about you all, but I am a sucker for peer pressure. All the cool kids are going caveman so I did too.
I cooked everything until 125 internal.
Waygu meat:

Ribeye meat(this pic washed out, it was much pinker):
Nothing needed a knife. Thanks dry aging!
I ate the meat with some not-meat stuff(roasted potatoes and asparagus).
After meat time, I cooked more meat on the meat cooker.

Straight Caveman caused some more banding than I like. I'll probably stick with my modified route.
