Pulled beef

Clay Q
Clay Q Posts: 4,486

Smoked up a tasty batch of pulled beef on Saturday.  I use choice arm cut or English cut boneless chuck that says Angus beef on the package.  If it don't say Angus beef it's likely to be cow and you don't want cow.  I used my recipe, Clay's Pulled Beef.  Made an enjoyable day of smokin with the egg.

Looks and sounds excellent. I really like pulled beef off of the egg. Good job.

I didn't get a chance to post the cook due to a time crunch, but I made a batch of this using your method last week. It turned out great. The whole family loved it including the in laws. I vac sealed some to take along on a weekend camping trick which made for a very fast yet good meal. (Just plunked the bag in some hot water to reheat). Thanks for the recipe!
