After driving home from a week-long vacation, it was just my youngest son and I at home. I asked him what he wanted for dinner and he said Wings! I don't often get to do wings as other members of my family are not fans of "food with bones in it." Go figure. Anyway, I did Sriracha-Honey Wings. I cooked them for about 50 minutes at 400 Indirect flipping after 20 minutes. At the end I removed the PlateSetter and sauced the wings so they could finish for a couple of minutes Direct. I then dumped them in a bowl with the remaining sauce as we like then wet. I served them up with some potato planks that I coated with Olive Oil and Dizzy Pig Swamp Venom. (I will admit I did them on another grill that wasn't an Egg!). Everything was awesome.
