    @SGH not for the bluetooth method @DMW posted...

    That phone also has a microSD slot pictured there next to the SIM card. If you have a microSD card, you could pop that in and transfer the photos to it. That might be easier than bluetooth. This also would not require activation.

    The phone is deactivated. Didn't want to have to pay to reactivate because they charge a 250 dollar fee for early termination. I will solve this dilemma one way or the other my friend.
