Friday Night Supper

This all started because of @Dyal_SC post with his awesome looking Unami burgers. I did a little twist and used fresh ground turkey with fish sauce,garlic and fresh rosemary. For the sides I went with baby ports and garlic green beans with a lemon zest dusting.
Green beans and baby ports gettin happy at 450* at OEM grid height.(first time I had been there in a while). image Burgers at 500 and OEM grid height image And all plated with my wife sayin "Not another Picture". image The beans were great and the lemon zest added a nice touch at the end. The burgers could have used a touch less rosemary. The recipe called for 1 1/2 tbls and I only use 3/4tbls. Will cut it back even more next time. But overall I was happy with everything.
