This all started because of @Dyal_SC post with his awesome looking Unami burgers. I did a little twist and used fresh ground turkey with fish sauce,garlic and fresh rosemary. For the sides I went with baby ports and garlic green beans with a lemon zest dusting.
Green beans and baby ports gettin happy at 450* at OEM grid height.(first time I had been there in a while). Burgers at 500 and OEM grid height And all plated with my wife sayin "Not another Picture". The beans were great and the lemon zest added a nice touch at the end. The burgers could have used a touch less rosemary. The recipe called for 1 1/2 tbls and I only use 3/4tbls. Will cut it back even more next time. But overall I was happy with everything.

Unami is like the extra more vibrant taste of something you have never noticed. @EGGjlmh - No you aren't!! You gotta start somewhere. I remember reading post from CenTex and VI about Unami and it blew me away. Just do a little google reading and you will be up to speed. You have to be careful with the fish sauce because it can get way overpowering. That's about right!! My wife won't eat anything it is in if she smells it before I cook it. I usually try to get home, prep and seal the meat before she gets home if I will be using fish sauce. All Tupperware that the meat was in stays outside till she has eaten. @EGGjlmh If you google, use "umami" as the spelling - with the "m" instead of an "n". It's a Japanese word and considered the "fifth" taste. Think mushrooms, parmesan, and yes, my beloved fish sauce.
