I would enjoy some of that, Try fresh green beans with EVOO and seasoning of choice in a grill pan until they are tender some time. Good looking cook right there!

@caliking they were super simple. Marinated in a homemade teriyaki sauce the night before.

@tarheelmatt. You have to. It's an old shack run by an old black fellow and his brother. People come from miles around. Their fried chicken is ungodly. The night I went with a local friend there was a line out the door. Everything in the parking lot from pick-ups to Porsches. You wouldn't be sorry. I think they're on the web.

@berndcrip. I'll admit to not having been there for a few years. Has it changed for the worse? I'd hate to recommend something if it's not any good any more. Your observations would oblige.

@johnkitchens Love zucchini on the grill. Little canola oil, salt, and pepper and its good to go.
For these I used the extra base from the chicken and shrimp to add another dimension.
Also, the other day, I took some smaller zucchini. Halved the entire zucchini lengthwise. Cored the inside out. Filed with cream cheese,cheddar cheese, and chives. Wrapped that with bacon. Was very good.
I didn't take and pictures or post about the cook. Sometimes time just does not permit.
