Short ribs Cook's style

Saw a Cook's Kitchen show on grilled short ribs. Rub 5 lbs. of English cut ribs and cook at 275-300 for two hours, until 165*. Cook until 200* - about two more hours - basting every half hour with:

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon rub
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Whisk all ingredients together in bowl.

Going to try it Saturday for guests.
