Made what is slowly becoming one of my favorites.
1.5 # of yellowfin Tuna. Dusted with S&P and some old bay blackening.
Plan was to sear on the CI griddle to rare on the inside, but was multitasking (drinking) and let them get overdone. Still tasted great! Served with CousCous made in some Budweiser with chopped onions.

Beef of the fish world! We like it too.When I'm not Eggin', I'm scootin' Eggin' and 'cueing from Temecula Ca; an hour from San Diego, an hour and five minutes from Palm Springs, and an hour and a half from Los Angeles (yeah, right. With THAT traffic?)
