Decided to make a couple of flat iron steaks, some fresh zuch's, and bread. Simple yet sooo good.

Incredible cook my friend! Flat iron is the most over looked steak that there is. This is a shame as they are par excellent. That's a solid meal all the way around! Excellent job. =D>Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

@Marianneiamele1,No marinade, but I did use the BGE dizzy gourmet Cosmic Cow seasoning. The family really likes the taste of that particular seasoning. Seared at about 600 dome, standard medium rare.Yes, the zucchini pan is teflon and has round holes about the size of a dime. Not a big fan of teflon, but this one is holding up pretty well.@SGH and @Angus1978, I agree, flat iron steaks are often overlooked or forgotten but are really a good tasting steak.
