Not elaborate, as this is my first stab at it. Pretty good in a calzone sort of way.

It cooked for 15 minutes on a 400 stone, same as I usually do pizza. At 10 minutes I put shredded cheese in the center of the spiral, and topped it with spaghetti sauce.HokieEgg said:Did you add the sauce on top or did it work it's way out as it cooked?

Did not do a good job with pics. Rolled dough, layer of pepperoni, sauce, mushrooms, shredded cheese then folded into a roll, then snailed.
