Cornbread... the follow-up to my crockpot dinner
Got the egg hot. Heading out of town tomorrow so why not have some goodness to take along! Might be able to bring the SBGE along but if I do, there won't be time to make this before dinner.
L x2, M, S, Mini and a Blackstone 36. She says I have enough now....

@hapster - mine was just a pre-mix from the store. Still turns out pretty good though. I think the key is to make sure that it has enough oil and honey in it so it doesn't come out too dry and bland.L x2, M, S, Mini and a Blackstone 36. She says I have enough now....eggAddict from MN!

Found that mine works best in muffin pan- family likes better anyway!

Remember to get the CI very hot before pouring in the batter. Much better crust.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now).

@hapster . Try this one. It's awesome! Honey Moist Cornbread 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 cup yellow or white cornmeal 1/4 cup sugar 1 tablespoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup Half & Half 1/4 cup Butter, melted 1/4 cup honey 2 Eggs, slightly beaten Heat oven to 400°F. Combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt in bowl. Stir in all remaining ingredients just until moistened. Pour into greased 8- or 9-inch square baking pan. Bake 18-22 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.GWN
