Duck fat in preheated CI pan, chicken seasoned with salt, garlic powder and Walkerwood jerk marinade. Threw in some onion (flipped halfway), basted with jerk bbq sauce shortly before pulling.  Quick, easy and yummy!
(Note: The long CI pan handle pushed the pan too close to the back of my Large, had to cover breast tip with foil to prevent over browning. Better in the XL with pan in the middle, or cut off the pan handle.)

Both breast and legs were juicy, the commercial Grace jerk sauce was a tad too sour (should have blended it with something sweet but was rushing), the duck fat carmelized onion and skin stuck on the pan were sinfully good!
