Been lurking on here since last year - when I discovered the wonders of the Big Green Egg, but couldn't really afford one. Been collecting your recipes putting them in Evernote hoping to use them someday.

Fast forward to this week, we took delivery of two eggs (L &S) and a custom made table - has made me a very very happy lady!

Over the last couple of days I've cooked all sorts - but today we tried tried 'Turbo Ribs' and they're spot on - so so so amazing! Wonderful flavour and so moist (when I work out how to post full size pics on here I'll post them!).

So from the UK - thank you guys. Your passion, creativity and culinary skills are infectious.

Thanks guys - such a warm welcome :D

Things certainly have changed over the last year, luck and hard hard work, might as well reap some of that.

always glad to hear a success story. Hopefully yours will be as good of an investment as mine have been.  I've probably used mine 2-3x per week on average for 10 yrs or so. Money well spent if you ask me.

Attached some pics - man I need to learn how to post them properly! Attached are turbo ribs (done in a rack which is why there's only sauce on half of them haha!). Picture taking will improve I assure you haha

@thedoofa‌ Welcome! A LBGE & SBGE I'd say you're sitting pretty. Nice set of turbo ribs. Please post pics of your table. Just a helpful hint. Once you choose file click on the pic that has uploaded. Click the pic and a pop up will appear. Click insert image. Once inserted click back on the thumbnail pic and click delete so there isn't duplicates. Look forward to our newest UK egghead members posts. :)
