Pulled at 145. Cooked at 350 for about 40 minutes indirect. Seasoned with McCormick 5 pepper seasoning. Turned out great. Good eats.

We do the tenderloins about every week...great one meal meat that always turns out moist and tasty!!!! not to mention they cook quickly with little prep...you did well on your cook!!
