@SGH‌ you are my brotha from anotha motha! We need to find one of those sleep therapy DRs. Ya know the ones that cure insomnia etc. My wife usually sets me up for a 1 hr+ deep tissue massage and the other one I swear by is Reflexology. For the Jax locals Sole Therapy is a phenomenal place for all of the above. image

I hear ya brother. I have had sleep problems my whole life. I suffer with a severe nerve disorder and I think it's the main cause of my sleep problems. I have severe tremors and vibrations all over. Hard to fall asleep when it feels like you are riding on a bulldozer. I have tried about everything and nothing helps. It is what it is my friend.

Sausage is complete and smells awesome. Cooked indirect at 500 degrees. Usually go direct but was to tired to fool with it.imageimage

@SGH‌ I'm failing to make a comment at this hour without being sophomoric. But, I'll try. Your sausage turned out nice indirect. See I did it (sweating like a pig). :))

The 3 way combination of the rubs turned out to be excellent. Don't know why but it was exceptionally good on the sirloin.

Of the three rubs if I was to pick one to use alone it would probably be the DP. I usually add a sprinkle of the McCormics to every thing as it is simply a very course grind of salt and a couple of different peppers. Adds a second layer of flavor and that's always a good thing. Again thanks for the kind words my friend.

Enjoying a left over sausage dog with mustard, dill relish and cheese. A few crab legs as the appetizer. imageimage
