My boys and I loaded up with fresh White and Mangrove Snapper this past Tuesday out of Fort Walton so we grilled and blackened it tonight, and it was awesome!

I went on a snapper fishing trip a couple weeks ago and we grilled some for lunch while we were still catching them.. it was about the best fish I've ever had.
