Question: do you slice your steak for presentation or leave whole to serve?

    This and I also like a thin slice which is easier with my chef's knife and then I don't need to cut as I eat.

    I can't say how I present my meat but it involves bacon.

    Whole and preferably still on the bone and oozing blood. Just my preference.

    Both, depends on the setting. For a fancier dinner I slice and serve with a pan sauce, if just wife and kids everyone gets their own steak

    Whole, unless serving it to a lot of people for tasting or appetizer. Cutting it up makes it get cold faster then I like.

    I go both ways! :))  London Broil and Flank - sliced, others - whole.
