On the Egg, 40 min so far(reverse sear) @250*
Plan on removing at 125* then searing in CI. We will see...

Your thread title made me think of something. Thursday I ran to Costco to get a brisket. Got a 16 lb prime that will go on tonight. I turn my cart around the corner and a middle age lady says "Wow, that is one big piece of meat." I replied "I get that reaction a lot" and threw her a wink. She blushed and hurried off.

Yum! Hard to beat a bone in ribeye. I've never tried the reverse-sear technique, need to sometime.Go Vols! :-)
