Well I'm 40 now
Yep 40 trips around the sun on this 4th of July. I was pretty depressed last year about this day coming but I turned it around and lost 55 pounds (199 when I tipped the scale this morning) this past year. Partly do to the egg and being more active. I have to say I feel pretty darn good and looking forward to the next 40. Hope everyone enjoys this countries birthday along with me this weekend. Keep on Egging!!!

Happy birthday kiddo!---------------------------------------------------------------------------------Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.____________________Aurora, Ontario, Canada

Happy birthday. In the 40+ Club now, eh? Congratulations! You have graduated from the kid's table and may now eat with the adults. We used to have complimentary donuts at our meetings, but a couple of years ago that was changed to free beer. @Henapple usually picks that up so it's always PBR.Flint, Michigan

@grege345. 40 ! A mere stripling. I'm 65 and if I'd known I was going to last this long, I would have taken care of myself. Looks like you're onto the secret. Many Happy returns.

Happy Bday. I haven't hit 40 yet, have just under 3 more to go. I hear you on the weight thing, a couple years ago I decided I needed a change. Took 11 months, but lost 80 pounds. Makes a big difference. Congrats.They/Them

Happy Birthday!! The weight you've lost will be a large factor in making it at least another 40. It's always a struggle for me, especially in the summer. So much good fruit to eat, and longer days enable cooking more complex meals. I'm 66 and walk at least a few miles every morning thru the hills here - that helps. Keep up the good work!!Santa Paula, CA
