Where's the beach? Although this sounds great this appears to be in a backyard vs beach. Will watch for updates.

Sadly, no grilling on the beach in Myrtle Beach. It's about a 5 minute walk down 20th Ave. to the beach from my parent's townhouse, @NPHuskerFL
I grilled some skewered shrimp with Tony Cacheres and put some Smokehouse Maple on some freeballed ones.

Then I put a griddle on and did the fish. I need to get the comal because I don't think I had enough heat as the griddle rested on the gasket(I offset it slightly). It didn't quite blacken but it was tasty.
Plated with green beans, cole slaw, hush puppies, and baked beans.

Ya know, I've never tried that stuff, even though I see it every time I go to the grocery store. I might even have some in the pantry.#1 LBGE December 2012 • #2 SBGE February 2013 • #3 Mini May 2013A happy BGE family in Houston, TX.
