Lemon Pepper Wings

Looking for a good recipe for lemon pepper wings for the 4th. Also how does everyone cook them? I have tried wings 2 times on the Egg but the skin is not as crispy as I like. Any suggestions?

Mine is kind of easy....Dizzy Pig Shakin the tree...Raised direct at 400 for about an hour. Perfect every time.

I cooked some pretty good lemon pepper wings last weekend. All I did was a heavy coat of dry lemon pepper rub/seasoning. I was cooking a couple of spatchcock chickens raised direct around 400 so I just threw them on with the rest. They turned out pretty good not to have been a very time consuming recipe.

I cook mine just like @DIAD and @GaBGE. Shakin the Tree is fantastic on them. I usually flip em once during the cook and they're done in an hour or less. I also like to add a handful of cherry chips for a little smoke and color.L x2, M, S, Mini and a Blackstone 36. She says I have enough now....eggAddict from MN!
