@SGH. As always, a stunning array of food. Where do you buy the netting for stuffed cooks? Do you find it's not necessary to tie if you use the netting? Best always…..T

Thank you for the kind words my friend. It depends on the type of meat and how you cut it . With smaller pieces the netting alone is my preferred method. On larger pieces I prefer to tie first and then net it as well. I find that over a long cook that the netting alone will stretch and tear or cut into the meat if used alone. You can get jet net just about anywhere. Your local butcher should have it. You can also order it online. Just google jet net. I forgot to answer your last question. Sorry. On small uniform cuts of meat I net only. On large and irregular shaped meats I tie and net. Just what works for me. Hope this helps my friend.Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.
