Been there, done that. Washing hands don't help. Gloves or I don't make 'em anymore.

I love pig shots, but they are a lot of prep. Moink balls made with mini meatballs (from the grocery freezer dept) are fast to make and really tasty (especially with my home cured bacon). My favorite appetizer, whether it comes from an Egg or not, are chicken wings.
I like 'em with a variety of flavors. From mild like Teriyaki or Hawaiian to spicy like Jamaican Jerk.
Dry rub spicy, BBQ sauce, etc. But my least favorite is the traditional buffalo variety, I don't like the vinegar taste of traditional buffalo wings.
Large BGE in a Sole' Gourmet Table
Using the Black Cast Iron grill, Plate Setter,
and a BBQ Guru temp controller.
Medium BGE in custom modified off-road nest.

Followed the examples in this video that someone had posted and stuffed them with diced up Swiss and ham, approximately 1/4 inch cubes, seasoned and cooked @ 350 indirect for about 45min to an hour.
They were awesome! Lotta prep but a really cool party food. A must do.

Just looking at the mashed potato and cheese stuffed bacon wrapped meatloaf by @SGH I want that as appetizer, main course, and desert.
