Spatchcock chicken for lunch

Made some spatchcock chicken for lunch today (flying out tonight), used Dizzy Dust to season, corn on the side and some roasted garlic. As usual the chicken turned out great on the egg, a nice meal before hitting the road. Got done right before some afternoon storms rolled in.
