Grilled Strawberry Shortcake

Cooked up some Chicago Deep Dish for dinner tonight.  Egg was still hot, and I had all the ingredients, so I made up some Grilled Strawberry Shortcake.  Strawberries were marinated for a bit in Balsamic Vinegar, sugar, vanilla and Grand Mariner. On to the Egg at 400 for just a few minutes, until bubbling.  Pound cake was buttered and grilled.  Topped with a cream cheese glaze/icing.  Next time it will be vanilla ice cream.  This really brought out the flavor of the strawberries - very intense.
