After I retired (never thought of doing something before) I started going to a knife class in the neighborhood. I made this but was told I could do DamascusSalado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now).

knife making is a hobby I hope to start in fall. I can't wait.I just ordered a custom paring knife. Once I receive it the chef's knife will be next.Boom

@henapple - the knives I have are to use. I would never consider using a $3000 knife. The cleaver pictured above is in the $100 range. However, there are people who want all sorts of stuff that is obscenely expensive. Fancy cars, fancy women, etc. But you never want to take them for a drive...
