It's a Weber Sear Grate. Got it at Walmart for 22 bucks.

I looked all over it but I don't see a brand name on it. My wife and DIL said they got it at Walmart so it's either a Weber product or a Back Yard Grilling product as that's the only two brands that our local Walmart carries. I hope this helps my friend.

  • Don't get me started on "pop" versus "soda"!

That argument is easy enough to win. It's not "pop" or "soda", it's a "coke".

Thanks SGH.  I have worn google out and can't seem to find it.  I found one with a folding handle but it looks flimsy.  Just have to keep looking.

I just looked on their web site as well and don't see it. It could be one of those things that they put out for Fathers Day only.

I just called Walmart and they said it is made by Back Yard. It's called The Back Yard Grill Giant Spatula. Hope this helps my friend.

A friend of mine, John "Bunny" Knutson, is a talented musician and you possibly have some of his work in your own home; he recorded a lot of the backing tracks in Guitar Hero.
Here's an original he did that is very apropo to this thread:

Another option is a metal pizza paddle. I have had mine for years. It is a little larger but it works great for both Butts and Brisket. You can pick one up at business Costco or a Restaurant Supply House

Agree.  Would be nice if it had the offset though.

It looks like it to me. Different "brand" if you will but the same spatula. 9 dollars more than the one from Walmart.

It's pretty handy to have. I'm not much of a pizza cook but I can definitely see where it would be great for pizza.
