iPhone question

Anyone know how to open files that require Adobe Flash Player? Certain files will say Adobe is required but it's not supported by the IPhone. Any help or tricks would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for any help.

To my knowledge, it can't be done, but I'll keep looking. Mostly web designers have stopped using Flash for that very reason.

As you can see from this list of attempted solutions, nothing really works.

I would find another website. Flash is a security concern, buggy, resource hog and past it's time.

You can get an adobe app for the iPhone I use it with work quite a lot

I may be getting off topic, but Adobe is also the source of the PDF file format, and those "Adobe files" are readable on the iPhone with no additional plug-ins.

Thanks for posting that link. I enjoyed reading the 2 year old posts of folks stating how great flash is...fast forward 2 years and given Adobe has abanded flash as well, it appears Apple was correct. Flash was never intended for touchscreen mobile devices where power consumption is a key factor. Change is hard for for most people. Good read.

Adobe created the format, but now pdf is a standard format, readable, editable, etc with any number of applications and on any platform.  That's different from Flash, which is still proprietary.
