My wife was out of town this weekend so I decided to experiment. This is what I came up with...

Bacon + Onion = BANION!!


Banion Bombs are meatballs stuffed with cheese & jalapenos, inside of an onion that is brushed with Siracha, then wrapped in bacon. I this has reached a new level of epic!!

But nevermind that because your finished product looks very tasty.  Nice job on the bacon wrap - very impressive to get that coverage with only one skewer!

Craig i have gotta try that looks tasty. I had a crab stuffed onion yesterday was gonna take a pic when done but when taking off the grill i dropped it...but the 5 sec rule saved me it was good...just not pretty.
