Simple Sirloins

...yes, on the Mini BGE. It's nice not having to wait for VOC's to cook off of a new batch of lump. Most of the time, I grab a couple handfuls of previously used lump out of my Large and use that for my Mini BGE cook. Did that tonight and for the last several cooks on the Mini. I gave these petite sirloins a splash of Worcestershire Sauce on both sides and left it on the kitchen counter for about an hour to come to room temp. Then gave them a dusting of Stubbs Beef Rub that was given to me at the GA Mountain Eggfest by @egretfor being a cook. They ate pretty good according to my wife!
Pulled them at 125 deg f internal.

I do the same.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.

Very nice. The potatoes and beans reminded me of FSM. I know, a stretch. I can't control my brain.

Nice looking meal!---------------------------------------------------------------------------------Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.____________________Aurora, Ontario, Canada
