Chicken Salad - ground up the dark meat and chopped the white meat into chunks. Mixed combo of Red Grapes / Red Onion / Celery / Cucumber / Greek Yogurt / Mayo / Dijon Mustard / Lemon Juice / S&P.
chicken saladA) Buffalo Chicken Pizza - took meat off 1 breast for za - let it sit overnight in mixture of Franks / Butter / Worcestershire / Tomato Paste. Homemade dough was topped with chicken with sauce, blue cheese crumbles, shredded provolone, green onion.

Thanks - I remember making the rachael ray buffalo chicken pizza years ago and she used combo of hot sauce and tomato . . . seems weird but works. I only used a few spoonfulls of the paste and used about a full cup of franks!Columbus, OH
