Deer tenderloin

Have small tenderloin was wondering what kind of marinade I should use?? Or rub? Any suggestions?

    I know this is not what you are looking far but when it comes to venison back strap there is no better way of cooking it than deep fried. Just my opinion my friend.

    My favourite marinade for venison is Dales. Marinade for 15-30min, then grill whole to 125-130* int, then tent for five min for medium rare. Sorry for sideways pic.
