Ribs, Ribs Baby

Short plate beef ribs and two racks of Baby Backs is what hit the egg today. Used the 3-2-1 method on the BB and simply pulled the Beef after 4 hrs when the probe moved in like butter. 250 degrees over hickory, Mickeys Coffee rub on 1 bb rack and the beef ribs. Apple chipotle rub graced the other. Came out mighty fine.
