Doin some pork spare ribs tomorrow. Thank you to everyone who has posted various methods. I took ideas from a few different posts to come up with my method. Removed the membrane and put some of my home made rub(took the run recipe from this forum too) on them along with some apple cider vinegar(see pic). Planning to let them sit in the fridge that way overnight and use the 3-2-1 method over some hickory/cherry smoke tomorrow. I'll post pics along the way.
