help I need something new to cook.

I cook out almost every night, I cook steaks, chops,chicken, butts,brisket,turkeys, ribs,pork and beef tenderloin all kinds of fish, Bologna, pizza's, all kinds of vegetables and some desserts.Just want some idea for something different. Thanks for any ideas. By the way all on green eggs.

Try pulled beef using a chuckie. Always a hit here. There are times that I will do a pulled beef and pulled chicken to make tacos with a side of fresh pico.

Could try some quesadillas, you can be creative with toppings like when making pizzas?  I make them right on the pizza stone, quick and easy, but tasty

I just picked up Chris Lilly's new book Fire and Smoke, and IMO it is a big change from the normal BBQ books around right now with lots of different recipes I've never seen before.

Lamb of all kinds turn out well in the Egg. My wife and I like "lamburgers," and stuffed boneless leg of lamb is a great holiday dish.

Check this one out. Page after page after page of food pics. See one that looks good? Click it for the recipe/method. None are egged (I suspect) and few are even grilled. But a HUGE variety!! Pick one and figure out how to cook it on the egg. Can't? Link the recipe here. Someone will likely be able to help.

They have a decent search engine too. I was curious how many different recipes they have so I searched for "a"... 345,861 results!! Searched for beef... 9458. Paella... "only" 185. Surely you can find something!
