Reverse-sear pork chops

Did some nice thick pork chops this evening. Can I say "Fan-egg-tastic"!!
About an inch n half thick, coated in italian salad dressing and my knock-off of "Emerill's Essence"
The boss made her green beans and twice baked potatoes. 
Looked up ideas and techniques here. Can't thank ya'll enough for the inspiration. 
This egg is everything its cracked up to be!  Ha!


Potato came apart as I was putting on the plate.........still ate good!
