Sunday dinner stuffed pork loin
Another first, stuffed pork loin turned out awesome. Butterflied the loin and rubbed with a herb paste of sage, basil, rosemary, oregano, salt and pepper and EVOO
Covered with a nice layer of fresh spinach and herb d'provence goat cheese
covered with proscuitto
roasted indirect at 350, until IT of 145
let it rest for 10 min, the end product was fantastic and was considered the best ever by the family.
another great meal off the egg!

I will be doing this cook Friday afternoon for some guests. I am going to also wrap in bacon...but was curious the est. time for the cook? Thanks!

If I had to guess, I'd say around an hour. If a was wrapping it in bacon, I would cook a little hotter, say 400 or so and I bet it would be done within an hour.NW IOWA
