Does anyone know of a book that is available with brine and marinade receipes?

Charred and Scruffed has sections on board sauces, brines, marinating sauces and a bunch of similar stuff. It's mostly a grilling recipe book, but it has a lot of what you're looking for. It's a great book, IMO.

Sauces Rubs and Marinades is about as good as it gets if you are looking for marinades, rubs, glazes, bastes and mops. It's a well written and easy to follow text. I both use and highly recommend it my friend.Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.
